The original E4U stores followed the outdated 'fish tank' model, which made it difficult for customers to touch and feel the products. Studio Prodigy redesigned E4U's six outlets to incorporate a more immersive and interactive customer experience which appealed to the store's demographics. After the redesign, sales doubled in three months and margins had improved by 3 helping E4U achieve its goals.
